Therefore, we seek to support and enhance the human capital of the Mota-Engil community, responding to their problems and voicing their aspirations, promoting an active and participatory citizenship through free and disinterested contribution in volunteer actions.

“Early Childhood” Program

Support in the nursery school and Baby Kit
Aimed at Mota-Engil Group employees with lower economic resources and with children between 4 months and 3 years of age. The intent is to facilitate the attendance of nursery schools, through grants that support the payment of the respective monthly fees.

The Foundation established a Social Support Fund for its most vulnerable employees

The Foundation established a Social Support Fund to provide economic support to the employees of the Mota-Engil Group. The Fund is specially intended to cover eventualities verified in the personal or family sphere of the employees, which may result in the unexpected deprivation of income or increase in expenses that could jeopardize the security and economic stability of the employee or his/her family.
